Established by Isaac Sarty in 2010, Heartwood is a locally owned and operated business that has developed a reputation for safety, reliability and professionalism both within the tree service industry and local community.

Our services include emergency tree work, tree removal, land clearing, service wire clearing, pruning and shaping, chipping and mulch sales, stump grinding and crane hire. We work with other local businesses to provide a full service operation, from horticulturalists and landscapers to timber graders and craftsmen.

Our Arborists hold a minimum qualification of AQF Certificate III in Arboriculture, plus all other relevant tickets and certification. At Heartwood Tree Service, we take our environmental responsibility seriously, and are aiming for zero tree waste.

I first met Issac from Heartwood back in 2011. Since then, we’ve had him and his team back about 3 times a year. They always turn up when agreed, work hard and consistently, are safe and professional and have excellent equipment. It’s always hard to tell they’ve been, everything is left clean and tidy with no debris lying around. I won’t use anyone else, these guys are amazing to deal with.

We use Heartwood Tree Service for all our maintenance and emergency arboricultural works. The team is always incredibly professional and friendly and completes the tasks to the highest standard with smiles on their faces, no matter the size and difficulty.

Heartwood help us to implement tree maintenance programs on specimens ranging from juvenile to heritage, as well as preventative treatments and tree removals. A big thank you to Isaac for coming to our home last week to sort out a fallen branch from a still unstable tree close to the house, which had been damaged by wild windy weather. Isaac responded very quickly to my frantic call and went above and beyond what we hoped he’d do to make our house safe.
