Emergency Tree Service
Heartwood Tree Service offers an emergency and storm damage service, and can provide temporary “make-safe” solutions immediately after the storm right through to full storm cleanup and assessment of hazardous trees.
Emergency help
For emergency help, the SES is the lead response agency in NSW and all storm damage work carried out by the SES is free. The SES can clear access to and carry out temporary repairs to your damaged property.
Once the area has been made safe we suggest you ring your insurance company and obtain a claim number. They will advise you on the next steps, however you can request they contact Heartwood Tree Service as your preferred service provider.
Should the insurance company be happy to proceed then a work order will be issued to Heartwood Tree Service to commence the job. We are happy to help you through this process.
