Council Permission and Arborist Reports
Wingecarribee Shire Council in the NSW Southern Highlands has a number of controls, application forms and general information available on its website that should be reviewed before you undertake tree removal or pruning to trees located on private property.
Removing and pruning trees on private land
Information on Council requirements for tree and vegetation clearing can change as information becomes available on the processes and responsibilities under the NSW Biodiversity Law Reforms. As such, please check the Wingecarribee Shire Council website for the most current information and processes.
Heartwood Tree Service is happy to give you general advice about Council requirements and can help you with the application. We can also arrange an Arborist Report if required.
If Council approval is required, Heartwood Tree Service will need to sight a copy of your approval prior to commencing any tree work on your property.
